Time period

Shipping usually would take a time of  4-15 days from the date of making the payment and completing the order. 

Shipping fee

A shipping fee of Rs 100 would be charged on every order below Rs.2000

Please note that we do not take responsibility of delivering to any another address, apart from the address provided. Please check all the details before submitting your order 

Refund 

Refund/ exchange request to be raised within 15 days from the date of product delivery. The refunds will be issued via original payment method. In case if Cash on Delivery, please mail your account details to care@venoraworld.com

Exchange

You can initiate a request for an exchange of products delivered in an order. The exchange request can be raised within 15 days from the date of successful delivery of the product. However, such exchanges are available for erroneous sizes.
Similarly, such exchanges are, available only once.
You can not exchange a product for a different product from our catalogue.  

Return/ Exchange policies.

On placing a request for refund/ exchange, a delivery executive would indulge necessary checks such as the product status, check for damages, check for missing items to determine the eligibility status for successful exchange/ refund. Please note that any product found damaged/ missing would not be eligible for exchange/refund

Exchange/ Refund charges

There will be no extra charges for any exchange/ refund initiated.
